Ordering

Prescription Products

To order a prescription product we will need to sight a valid prescription from your doctor before we can compound it. This can be done by dropping the prescription to the pharmacy, or by fax, email or post.

If you fax, email or post you must include your full name, address, contact phone number, private health fund, your payment option and whether you would like the medication posted back to you. Postage charges will apply.

If you fax or email, please then post the prescription to:

Payment Options: We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, cheque, and direct deposit. Please contact us for details.

If you have any special requirements, allergies or intolerances please let us know.
Please Note:

• We require 24 hours notice from the time we receive a copy of your prescription to prepare your medication.
• Please allow 2 to 4 days for receipt of your medication through the post. If you require your medication more urgently please contact us to arrange express post or courier.
• No medication will be compounded for you until a copy of your prescription has been received.
• Our pharmacy can hold any repeats the doctor has ordered for you on our files. When you start to run low of your medication you can reorder the next repeat by phone, fax or email.
• If you have a troche prescription, please specify the base and flavour you prefer.

Flavouring Troches - You can chose from peppermint, spearmint, orange, vanilla, marshmallow, vanilla butternut, raspberry, orange cream.

Troche Base – Can be either the gelatin soft troche base or the harder PEG base. Please specify which you prefer.

Over The Counter Products (OTC)

OTC Products do not require a prescription and can be ordered at any time:
